When you feel stressed, find yourself a quiet spot. If you can’t find a quiet spot, just zoom out and go into your own bubble of calm.
- Open a Zen Tool of your choice.
- Read the texts slowly.
- Think, reflect and contemplate about the text as you listen to the background sound and watch the slow animation.

There are calming background sounds in the app, so it is suggested that you use headphones. You can of course turn off the sound, if you want to.

You can customize Zen Toolbox to your liking. Like, select the tools you want to show on the app’s home screen, select the background sound and other things.

The app is based around calming colors, and the animations shown are deliberately very very slow. All to help you become more calm.
